Welcome to Villa 212, an exclusive property in Atlanterra, designed for enjoying the sea, the light and the tranquillity of Zahara de los Atunes, with endless panoramic views where the sky and the ocean meet.
The house has four bedrooms, all with air conditioning. On the main floor, the first bedroom features a 180 cm bed and direct access to the pool area. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen, this level offers several communal living spaces: a TV room with a fireplace; a second, circular lounge with panoramic views of Cabo Camarinal, which can be used as a reading room, meditation space or meeting area; and, finally, a bright living room with large windows that flood the space with natural light and provide magnificent views of the sea and swimming pool. The villa also has a laundry room and a guest toilet.
On the first floor, the main villa has two further bedrooms: one with two 90 cm single beds and the master bedroom, with a 180 cm bed and a fireplace. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub. The two rooms share a terrace overlooking the sea.
In addition, the property has an adjoining tower with a separate entrance. It contains a small lounge with a 130 cm sofa bed, a bathroom and a fourth bedroom with a 180 cm bed.
Outside, the heart of the house is a large terrace with a heated swimming pool, an outdoor patio, a garden with a barbecue and several areas where guests can relax, sunbathe and enjoy al fresco dining. From the terrace, you can admire the beaches of Zahara de los Atunes, Camarinal Lighthouse and the historic Trafalgar Lighthouse. On clear days, views extend as far as North Africa, and the spectacular sunsets are not to be missed. During the tuna-fishing season, guests can also see the traditional almadraba fishing grounds, one of the most distinctive sights along this stretch of coast.
Finally, the property offers two outdoor parking spaces.
