It is situated right on the beach with its own access road to the golden sand. A haven of peace and tranquillity where you will be enveloped by the soothing sound of the sea, the sea breeze and the diversity of fragrances of its manicured gardens.
You will enjoy unequalled sunsets, the view of Cape Trafalgar, the Camarinal lighthouse, the African coast and the special blue of these waters.
The house has bright rooms and is designed so that in each of its corners you can enjoy the tranquillity if you wish.
Everything in the villa invites you to relax: light colours, the murmur of the water from the fountain and plants and vegetation everywhere (including an organic vegetable garden).
It is a unique property due to its architecture, design and location, in which we highlight its proximity to the beach and its privacy.
The house is distributed over 3 floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with dressing room, bathroom in each of them with shower and bathtub and a pleasant living room between the two bedrooms. All rooms have access to the terrace.
On the main floor is the living room where it is possible to hide the doors that separate it from the porch so that it is completely open to it. The living room and dining room are in the same room but a partition wall with a fireplace is visible from the living room.
The kitchen is next to the dining room and is connected to the living room through the inner courtyard.Part of the kitchen is closed off to prevent odours from escaping to the outside.On this floor there is also a toilet, a storage area and two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. This floor is accessed directly from the entrance of the house. Outside there is a large parking area with covered garages for at least 4 cars.
On the lower floor there is the swimming pool, the porch, a bedroom with bathroom and a dressing room with bathroom.
As extra equipment, four of the bedrooms have a fireplace and each room has air conditioning.
